Hey people. I'm looking for a 2 sets of Component sets for my 1997 Honda Civic. I wanna put one set in the factory location in the door and another set in the panel beside my back seat because I am using my rear deck to have my subs come through from the a sealed box in the trunk. Would you guys recommend some sets for me? Somewhere around the $100 range. Thanks guys for your input.

If you want components in both locations then try two sets of infinity reference 6.5" components. I would really just buy a component set for the front only and get a pair of matching coaxials (like the 6.5" 6002si)  for the side panels in back.

Save the money from the rear components, you do not need them and can always add them later. Double your investment and buy better front speakers. Your ears will thank you.

Best component set and you have around $100 to spend for front and rear or is that for each? If that is for each I would save money by not putting in rears in the beginning and getting a nice set up components up front and if you don't already by an amp to power them. When I did this it sounded amazing and I was only running a DEI 150 to Atomic Quantum 3 way seperates which weren't even aimed right.

I would reccomend the Alpine type S or Type R  speakers.

Both of the sound great, but are a little more money. the type s go for at Circuit City for 199.99 and the type r for 269.99

holey smoly, circuit city is royally ripping people off.  My store sells the type-s components for $149 with a nice profit.  Canadian too!!!  And the type-r for $219 Canadian.
