I think this might be a little hard to get your hands on, although I may be wrong, someone may have it, but I have had the same problem last week with one of these, had to go to the dealership to get it, and it is one heck of a run around, when you get to pulling it down, you will see what I'm talking about. There are about 10 different harnesses into one central to the factory amp. But I'll send the diagram I have tomorrow, I have to get it from the shop.

i believe you can get a wire harness for this car.  Pripheral lists one for the premier system; part number: BHA8113 for the 4Runner limited.  This should be the harness but not 100% sure. let me know if it the right one.

Kool I'll appreciate it chad.Lagatbezan I'll look into that harness, thanks. I spoke to a Technician at Toyota he said the whole wiring schematic on the audio system just loops around from one front amp to the rear amp not counting the optional rear seat controls.
