Well, the amp has 4 speaker terminals/outputs (+/- right and left channels).
Dumb question:
What is the 2 ohm connection, is the (+) and (-) from one channel (either right or left)?
Or, is the (+) from the right-channel and the (-) from the left-channel?

Correction: That would be the UN-bridged outputs.

There is no "2-ohm connection" on a modern amp. The amp has outputs and can handle whatever impedence load you put on it up to its ratings. Which amp do you have?

Yes, agreed (Alpine MRV-T320 80W x 2). I understand the 2 ohm load, in relation to amp/speaker config.

I'm not sure what you are asking, but the Alpine MRV-T320 is a stereo amp. It has two outputs, a positive and a negative for each of its 2-channels. Hook your left coax to one output set (+ to + and - to -) and the right coax to the other. It will deliver up to 80 watts per channel into a 4-ohm load (most likely what your coaxials are.)
