I plan on bridgigng the amp ICBM-779 2channel 600wx2ch. I will push 2 kicker dvc 4ohm. On a sealed box. I will connect the voice coils in series and the woofers in pararellel 8=4ohm and briged amp is it safe to run my amp like this?

I have never used that amp, but the published specs say it is bridgeable into a 4-ohm load. So your plan should be safe for the amp.
