Im still not able to get this unit in SoCal =/, Question on this,, I have seen that it is posted at 50wx4 from all the CES pics etc... I thought that this unit was preamp only? Clarify plz =)

It does indeed have the amplifier built in, the CD8053 will still be the top of the line for the time being. The CD8454 has not been released yet to all dealers.
