exactly how do u wire 2 DVC subs to one ohm on a 1 ohm stable amp

Are the voice coils 4-ohms each?  The put them all in parallel.  If the voice coils are 2-ohms, you can't do it.

if they are 4 ohm DVC, then wire each sub's coils in parallel (+ to +, - to -), then connect one + and - from one speaker to one + and - of the other speaker, then connect + and - from the amp to a + and - set on one of the speakers.

Basically, everything is in parallel, so all +'s are connected to +'s and all -'s are connected to -'s.
