If I have a breaker installed before a Cap does it matter if I shut off the breaker?  Will the cap do some funny stuff or discharge?  Someone tell me if this is important or not.

Thanks!

if you shut off the circuit breaker, nothing out of the ordinary should happen, if something does you have serious problems with your install.

the cap will still be charged, and can short to ground. It can also knock the crap out of you so be careful.

So If i shut kill the power with the circuit breaker when I go in at night and go in and flip it on in the morning, no harm done to Cap?

Also with car running LED voltmeter is on. but when I shut the car off and just use accessory power the voltmeter goes off like the cap isn't working.  How does this affect it?  Will it just discharge as I listen to my stereo?  And if so isn't it bad to fire it up and get a quick charge all at once, or does it not matter because its already connected.

Thanks dudes!

I to this day won't use a circuit breaker..I will always use a in-line fuse.
