Does anyone have any recommendations for a changer for a 95 mercedes E420? The stock changer took a crap and I need another one.

I know crutchfield.com sells one for your radio by USA spec. Just enter your vehicle information on their website and they will have a link to the changer on the vehicles home page.

Check out the Neo Changer I think that it's a 12 disc MP3 changer and they are made to adapt to most factory headunits

Does anyone know if there is an adaptor out there that will make an Alpine work? And the brand/part number?

Check to see if blitz or peripherral make an adaptor.

i have three blitz mercedes adapters here right now..... two alpines and a panasonic. They are pretty cheap to order though...
