I hope this doesn't make you mad but the pioneer amps are junk in my opinion.  They have absolutly no power.  I sell them and have cheaper amps like dual and the low line lightning audio that out power the pioneer amps.  I love their radios and some of their speakers but I have yet to hear a amp that I like.

The JBL would be an excellent choice for an amp.

I have not seen them put out that but you never know.  For the money you should be able to find a good used amp.  Or check some of your local big box stores.  I know that currently at my store we are putting all the new stuff up and I have a rockford 800.2 for 275.00.  Just a thought!

umm if ur thinking that much.... try a 600.1 instead its only 220 shipped which is a lil closer 2 ur budget trust me save up a lil more to get a better amp...otherwise when they fry or whatever u gotta pay like 20$$ per amp to ship em back thats 40more $$...so save and buy a lil better

optimaly it COULD push as high as 625 MAX thats if u where sending it a TRUE 12.5 volts and 720 with a TRUE 14.4v but those numbers will almost NEVER happen more reasable number would be around 500w thats max at no resistance if im not mistaken.... so... take that with a grain of salt

will it push about 300rms to 1 channel though at 4 ohms or it wont even be able to do that

Hey thanks alot flatulatta i guess you really know your sh*t oh yea one more thing this guy i think forbidden said i should have 2 seperate enclosures for my subs since ill have two amps one to each but i already have a bandpass for both its got a divider in the back and in the front is just plexiglass with the subs behind it so basicly divider in the back were the magnet is but not in the front will this be ok

umm i had a bnadpass very similar... it worked fine... but u should really have them completely seperate no matter what or how many amps...at least from my knowledge but id listen to forbidden b4 i listened to me... but from what i know the reason u need to totally diff enclosurse for each is that its impossible to find 2 subwoofers that are the exact same independance so one sub get a little more power than the other and if they are in the same enclosure they will fight for the airspace and it could blow one... but hey... if forbidden tells u something different listen to them... as far as im concerend him and dyohn are god on this forum if they told me to cut the power wire off of my tv in my house and use it as speaker wire id do it.. if they told me to get a water bucket and fill it and put my sub and box in it i would so listen to them b4 me....... everything ive learned is from this forum and probably from them mainly they are a great help on here
