if i wire two 4ohm dvc subs in parallel i will have dropped the load to one ohm, right? and, what will happen if hooked up to an amp thats not 1 ohm stable but 2 ohm stable? thanks for help.

The amp will overheat, or go into protaction, or fail, or all three.  Not a good idea.
