in my spec sheet for my subs. it's telling me that optimum perfomance in a sealed box is .04ft3. this seems really small for a box. is this for a truck. or can i put in a car?or they say 1.0ft3 too. but i would like to kno

.04 ft3 is half the size of one speaker!

that sub calls for anywhere from a 0.3-1.0 airspace...i don't know where you got the .04 from....i sell the things and have never seen that in the spec sheets. You can also mount it as a free air sub. i've gotten the best results from around .75 cu airspace.

ok for one it does look at the link robbie. i have a 12d vq an i'm looking at t an for sealed.04ft3 to infinte baffle. i read the things all the time. so please if u don't kno please don't give me input cuz i HAVE the subs.  but i will try .75 thanks

also .03 an .75 are for the 10's i own the 12's
