Can someone explain what the "Stop & Go” type feature is on an alarm system.

The NSS Bypass Switch requires the alarm to have this feature in order for the NSS to be able to function.

Does anyone know if the DEI (Clifford) Matrix RS2 alarm has this "Stop & Go” feature?
