I'm looking for a wiring diagram for a radio that came out of my 93 Dodge Caravan.

This is a Mopar Model # 82300002 AM/FM Cassette Deck.  It has two wiring harnesses plugged into the back, one is black and one is gray.  I just want to know what each of these wires is for:

BLACK HARNESS

GREEN/ Red
BROWN / Yellow
BLACK/ White
Solid Green
Solid Purple
Light Blue/Brown
Blue/Orange

GREY HARNESS

BROWN / Red
Blue/Red
BLACK / YELLOW
ORANGE / White
RED / White
Solid Pink

If you could tell me which of these are speaker wires and which are power wires/ground, I would greatly appreciate it.  (I think the the radio is grounded through the antenna).  Thanks!

you can buy the Metra plug 71-1817 that will plug right into that radio and all the wiring will be EIA

yes, or you can go to Circuit city and by the MET 80-1817 and then buy the smart harness for the HU that you are putting in

I'm wiring this radio into a different vehicle, and I didn't want to have to go and buy another plug.  I've already got the wires stripped coming out of the harness, and the wires in the new vehicle stripped that will be going into the cassette I'm trying to wire.  All I need to know is which wire is which :)

So you've cut the wires on the other car already? To make it easier on yourself you could have just gotten an aftermarket wiring adapter harness for the car you were going to put it in and then gotten an Into OEM Radio replacement harness for the 93 radio. That would have solved your problem and you would have not needed to cut any wires. I've seen a guy wire in a BMW radio in a ford using that method (it worked too. Go figure!)
Here is the Pin out diagram for dodge radios (the one on top is for yours)
