do these subs really hit, are they loud, with tight bass? I need a set of 10's for my truck, before I always bought 12's but then I sold my car and I have a gmc sierra extended cab and I need a set of 10's, so I was thinking maybe the L5's, or maybe something like 4- 10" Mtx 8000's, what do you guys think would be better?

the L5's and the 8000's will both give you some spl in that truck. is there a reason you limited yourself to 10" subs with an extended cab you can easily get 12"s?
