i have two speakers mounted in the door and two in the back can i hook one left speaker and one left back speaker together and vise versa cause i use two tweeters mounted on the dash hooked  into the amp on channel one and two.  I use a four channel amp and a two channel amp for the subs

Try this: leave the door speakers connected to the 4-channel amp and the sub to your 2-channel amp and power your tweets off the head unit (assuming it has speaker outputs and the tweets have a crossover.)  Tweeters only need about 20% the amplifier power of woofers.

you can hook up the tweets to the head unit even when both preouts front and rear hooked up to the amp from the head unit

Yes, assuming the head unit also has a built-in amp with speaker outputs.
