hi, i have a memphis st250d amp i was thinking of getting a mtx thunder 6000 dvc, it is 300 watts rms does that sound like it will work

i have a 12 inch sony in a bandpass box, it has a wire connecting to the voice coil that does not have a good connection if you move the wire it works i plan on building a fiberglass enclosure for the 15
