Does anyone make an adapter to run the CD changer off of a Sony head unit? The changer is the stock Mitsubishi 10 disk that was part of the Inifnity System in the car. I know they make an adapter to run an aftermarket changer with a stock deck but what about the other way around?

Nope, there is only one reverse (oem to aftermarket) adapter that I am aware of. It is made for honda/alpine radios.
