does anyone know if you can use asony cdx-l420v cd player with ajvc ch x200 cd changer

Generally speaking, no. Sony - Sony, JVC - JVC unless the changer is an FM modulated model, then it is compatible with any make/model as long as it has an FM radio.

heck, with some models of JVC changers you cant even use JVC head units....

( well, you can, but some new models of changer can only be controlled by ONE model of head unit )
