How do you wire up 2 caps to 1 amp? Any suggestions?

You wire them parallel to each other. Positive cable from battery to 1st cap to 2nd cap, then to amp. Ground both caps.

You can wire 1 2 or 50 caps all useless yes, but he asked how to wire them not if they are pointless.

Yeah, bus bars are the cleanest and the easiest way to wire multiple caps. IMO they are worthless as well but like purerf said, that is not what he asked. By the way that is a pretty good price for not being a wholeseller, referring to the fleabay link.
