Hi guys can someone tell me whether this is a good sub???

No.  Two keys: Fs=58Hz.  This is too high.  For a sub, you want it to be around 30Hz or lower.  Frequency Response = 56-800Hz.  56Hz is too high.  You want a sub to respond at least down to the 20 Hz range.  Oh, and also Xmax=0.314".  This is a pretty short throw for a sub.  This speaker is a woofer, but not a subwoofer.
