CDT Eurosports top of the line 3-way component system 643 vs the Focal almost top of the line 3 way PolyKevlar Power 165K3P system. Both can be acquired for similar amounts (700ish, now that CDT has lowered prices). Which do you prefer / think is better?

I'm aware that both are excellent quality components, and that there is no "correct" answer / it's a matter of tastes, I'm just trying to ascertain people's preferences over these speakers in order to help me choose. Any input of any kind will be greatly appreciated. Thanx.

As you say, they are pretty much equivalent. LISTEN to them and choose the one you prefer. Also check into components from Diamond Audio, Seas, Boston Z series, MB Quart, Scan Speak, JBL, a/d/s, Eclipse...

My problem is can't listen to them before buying them - I live in Peru and haven't seen CDTs here, and finding focals is very rare, especially if it's a new model like the powers. That's why I'm asking for opinions.
