just want to double check if i'm wiring this right

i need to hook up an amp to a factory radio, i have an coustic 241SE amp with speaker level inputs, i want to tie into the rear speakers, just making sure I just need to tie into the wires that connect to the speakers and run them to the amp speaker level input and i should be good? (besides running power and ground etc)

it should work, although it will sound better if you use a line level convertor and go i through the RCA input on the amp.....
