What is the impedance of your subs and are they dual voice coil? You should use the non-fading outputs if you want to connect them to a sub amp.

OK this amp is not a good match for these subs. You can either wire these subs to present a 1 or 4 ohm load on your amp and your amp is not 1 ohm stable so you will be underpowering them. I would consider buying the 801D instead. You will have to wire each woofers coils in parallel and then wire them both to the amp in series:

Those instructions were for the amp you own right now (4250d). I made a mistake in the above post suggesting the 801D because its not 1 ohm stable either. I would either use a higher power 2 channel amp (like the Rockford Fosgate Punch P8002) , and wire the subs for 4 ohms, and bridge the amp or buy a nice 1 ohm stable mono amp, like the JBL BP 600.1 or the Hifonics Nemesis NX750D maybe. I would go with the second option.

They changed ohms pretty fast there. Thank you customsuburb for the work you did... Wire each sub in series for 4 ohms. Parallel the two subs to make one 2 ohm load. Connect neg. to one neg. post on the amp; connect pos onto one pos on the amp. The amp is single channel, which means you have to use both sides. ------------- Build the box so that it performs well in the worst case scenario and, in return, it will reward you at all times.
