I'm so damn excited, I finally got the 5.6" screens installed in my 93 Golf's sunvisors, and I just had to show everybody!  The only problem I had was that there were two 1/4" thick bars (one across the top and one across the bottom) that helped support the structure of the visors.  I simply bent them out of the way enough to squeeze the visor mount into the hole I cutout.  Here's some pics!

I also picked up an MTX 4405 5-Channel amp to power the entire system.  I'll put up some more pics as I work on the entire system this summer.  If you want bigger pics, or have questions let me know.  Also, I welcome all comments...

Nice job, what did you use to attach the monitors to the back of the visor ?

I used velcro on the passengers side, the drivers side went in nice and snug and kind of snapped into place, so I didn't want to take it out and put the velcro in, cause it seems like it wouldn't come out easily.  Also, the visors sit up nice and snug against the headliner, i'll have to take a pic of that as well.

Well, if you got questions, I think I just might have answers.  Really though, anybody with an ounce of mechanical skill in their body can do this.  It was very simple.  The hardest part was trying to figure out where to place the monitors on the visor, because as you can see, they barely fit!  Think the next hardest thing was cutting out the foam, being careful enough not to puncture the vinyl on the back side of the visor.  If you puncture it, you're screwed, cause now you gotta live with the hole, or have 'em re-upholstered.
