How can I use my 4 channel and sub amp with my factory stereo.  I dont want  a EQ, maybe a crossover???

You need a line-output converter (LOC) also called a speaker-level adapter.  Connect it to the speaker signals from your stock head and it will provide line-level (RCA) signals for your new amps.
