I wanted to change the factory installed speakers with pioneer 6*9 speakers, but there is a 4 wire connection on both rear speakers. The pioneers only have 2. Does anybody know, what I'm looking at? and how do I change them?

possibly the 4 wire connection might have a seperate connection for the highs/mids. I know my old grand prix had that on the rear 6x9's. Either one of the connections will work fine.

If you flip your factory speaker magnet side up and look at it with the connector away from you, the left side will be positive.  Use the two most outer wires for the best results.
