I have a couple of questions in regards to this vehicle
1. Amplifier location
2. Color codes if you know them
3. Lastly, I only had a brief moment to look at the vehicle, but the rears had no visible wiring running to them, I am sure this is not a first for all, but it is for me
Thanks

Always use your meter:)
1. In the trunk or under your seat, but an amp needs atleast 2" inches of breathing space so they don't overheat.
2.You can order plugins which are color coded to match you new decks wires and it plugs into the factory harness.
checkout "bestkits.com" or "
3. If it turns out the the original wires are missing, you will have to run new wires under the interior or along the door jambs. It's little tricky but not too hard by yourself.
hope I could help.

oh yeah another thing check out the "Metra kit" application guide on this site for harnesses.

i trt to find the same for 97 chrysler town and country my new jensen has no sound
You don't need any special bypass pieces to get the factory Infinity---yes, Infiniy with a Y---to work properly.
Just be sure to attach the amp turn-on wire from the aftermarket radio to the power antenna wire in the harness, and the amp will turn on. If you're a professional, this is something you should do on every car anyway.
No, you do need to bypass. Or Integrate the amp. Remember the Stratus R/T, and Sebring Coupe are Mitsubishi Eclipses in disguise. They use a Din cable from the radio to AMP.

Check out this web site. This a forum for the 3rd Gen Eclipses which is the Baseline for the Stratus and the Sebring Coupe.
You essentially have two choices. You can run new wire to the Amp and rewire the amp plug or can use these.
