i saw one of these and am just wondering how it comes apart and if anybody has done one. Ford seems to be moving away from the "keys" and are they all snap on deals? like do the dashes pretty much snap off? or how does this and ford cars like it without the "key" system come apart?

I am not sure about the Lincolns, but speaking on Ford terms, I know the new F-150's have a couple screws around the bezel area, and the rest snaps off, So I am assuming the answer to your question is that they are going back towards the older snap style rather than the keys.
