Automotive body shops, and such.   And place's that work on boats.

you can also get glass from kragen, autozone... ect.

I've found that boat yards are the best and cheapest place for glassing materials. Home improvement stores sell it but its usually in small quantities. The amount needed for a decent sized sub enclosure would require many of the small patch kits. Through a boat yard you can purchase rolls of the stuff and save big.
