ive got an 89 DeVille with 6x9s in the rear deck. im losing alot of sound into my trunk from the 6x9s. what would be the best way to make a baffle and redirect the sound into the front of the car? i know basic fabrication so i'll take any ideas

Build two basic open-top boxes and screw them onto the rear deck, to envelope the speakers.
------------- Build the box so that it performs well in the worst case scenario and, in return, it will reward you at all times.

Be carefull not to make the boxes too small. I tried that with a pair of Eclipse 6x9s a few years ago and it really hurt the bass response.

how about just using some speaker baffles (speaker hats )
you can get them from crutchfield plus it cheaper and looks stock
------------- wait , you hear something sparking?
