I have looked up the wiring chart for the explorer on the site already and none of my speaker wires match in color.

I have the following for speaker wires and I was wondering if anyone knew which wires were which.

Brown

PURPLE / White

RED / White

Yellow

BLACK/ Bue

ORANGE / White

Green

and Blue

Any help at all would be apreciated

Are you talking about the speaker wire colors under the dash or at the speakers themselves?  If it's under the dash, I suggest you get a factory wiring harness adapter from Metra or Schoche and do not cut the wiring harness.  If it's at the speakers, then you will have to determine polarity but wire color really doesn't matter.
