im currently working on a 96' dodge neon and i can't figure out the window cranks, i can't find any pins or screws or anything that is holding it on. any help would be appreciated as ofnow....

you need a special window crank removal tool.  There is a little spring ring inside that holds it on.  You should be able to get that tool from your local auto parts store.

Torx bit in the center of the handle. Pop the front of the handle off at the point where the handle meets the door to expose the screw.

i gotta 96 neon too man. all you gotta do is grab the crank and pull it towards you. .then with a set of needle nose pliers, pull the retaining pin off. its a "U" shaped piece of metal right between the crank and the door panel. if you got anymore questions about neons, im your man. check out mine sometime. https://www.rankmyride.com/?page=cars/view&CID=3780
