hope no one thinks im dumb for asking this but im learing alot of thinks but my ? is why is there words coming from my subs and little bass can any one help me please

It sounds like you have a high pass crossover turned on instead of a low pass crossover. Check your amp to be sure the proper settings are hooked up. Or if all crossovers are done in the head unit, make sure you have the proper outputs connected to the proper amplifiers.
