I have just installed a jvc kdc 111 into my 95 toyota pickup. Everything works fine but the rear speakers are not working.  I used a metra wiring harness and matched up all the colors but they dont seem to work. I even tried switching the left rear with the right rear speakers. Any suggestions?? Much help needed. thanks

Do the rear speakers work?  Try swapping a front and a rear at the wiring harness and see if the problem switches to the front.  If so, you probasbly have a defective head unit.  If the rear still does not work when connected to the front output, then you have either a wiring problem or bad speakers in the rear.
