I use PCV tubing, sewer pipe. You cut a hole using a hole saw, then put glue or silicone around the whole and the port, make sure the port is very tight in the port. Then I air nail the sucker in there by driving brad nails through the lip of the port. Then You take sand paper and sand until you have a smooth, roled edge. Takes some time but always works.

Home depot, pvc pipe, schedule 5 it think, is usually what I use to build ports. Also buy some pvc glue just incase.

How big does this box have to be.. like I said 2 15''s... but my trunk is fubar shaped... so I would have to angle the subs like a mother f**ker and extend them back farther.. would that effect sound? so like.. 45 degree angle, and like 20 inches deep x 50 inches??
