if your trying to decide between the two go with the kenwood, because ive seen sooooooo many dead pioneers it sickening.

In my opinion neither is a great choice, but go to a shop that has them both, listen to them side by side with the same speakers and the same CD and choose the one that sounds the best to you. If you can't hear any difference and the features seem about the same to you, buy the one that is cheaper.

i happen to prefer the pioneer over the kenwood...from everything as far as ease of use...to the overall sound
