ok short description of my system thus far.using factory head-unit and mids & tweets.hi/low converter to amp.orion hcca 250r amp.ok here's the part where you guru's can snicker. 2 10" jensen x/s's in a pro-built slot ported box designed for memphis audio 10"s.laugh at me or cry for me,but man this set-up was thundering!..in fact had several mid to low level competetors who will swear I could hit mid 140! anywho on to my problem.my 250r just recently laid down on me.can anyone tell me where to find information on replacement part.or maybe scematics?..this may help...the part number of burnt item is...f9824 npd 7060...and im guessing r167 would be a diode?..anyway any resources would be greatly appreciated.thanks in advance.

aren't those the subs that look like light blue chrome and have 8 inch cones and 2 inch surounds, i saw some at a yard sale the other day lol

    Instead of making fun of you, I thought I would help you out. Pack your amp up, and send it back to Orion. I have found that some of these old school manufacturers (Orion, PPI, Fosgate, & etc.) will fix their quality older gear without a hassle. Sometimes they even do it for free! Even if they don't do it for free, it's usually wayyy cheaper than you would think.

i think i still have all those old Orion service manuals here... if you can find the board designation ( like Q801, etc) for the defective parts i'll see what i can find and PM you....
