Just curious, I'm looking at the new Infinity Reference 4 channel and Mono block. Give me your opinions, I'd greatly appreciate it
I have the mono Block on my display board right now and I think its sounds nice but has no balls for the money

Thanks for the input, but I was hoping someone who has heard one in a car might have some input. I greatly appreciate what you have to say, but an amp on a wall has too many point of failure that can distort that sounds, since they're often wire into devices that allow you to switch amps and speakers to allow for different combinations.
I have hear from other owners that they liked them quite a bit. I figure anything made by the same company that makes Harmon Kardon and JBL can't be all that bad, plus they're pretty hot looking
You are right that boards can drasticly change the sound of the amps as can the speakers and the enviroment. But it is also reasonable to say that since everyother amp I am comparing it to is under the same limitations then My findings should still be some what credible. I listen to this amp along side the new rockfords and MTX amps and in both cases i found that the amps in both brands out preformed the infinity amps. Of course I was comparing amps in the same price range. The Rockford was less and the MTX was more but they both out preformed the Infinity. You are right that they look hot but the preformance just doesnt justify the tag.
