Hello,

A friend of mine factory Nakamichi amp blew and to replace it is very costly(Dealer Used $600.00). I was thinking about telling her to replace the AMP with an after Market amp, but I am not sure exactly what I would tell her. Do anyone know if there is a harness that will plug an after market amp into the Lexus existing wiriing for the factory AMP and what brand amp will this harness work with? I heard it is about six different versions for this amp, but do anyone have any spec info? THX

Look at this: https://carstereohelp.com/repairDoItYourselfLexusRepairVol.htm You might be able to run a small aftermarket amp on the nak speakers in her car, but it might be tricky. You might also want to look around your city for a amp repair shop and ask if they can fix it instead.
