On US vehicles the radio frequencies are different than euro spec steros is there any way of changing them. if not is there a surround available to put a din size stereo in the manufactures place.

On stereos with changeable frequencies you can change from US to Euro specs via a switch or through the function feature of the head unit.  As far as the kit (surround) we have them everywhere in the US.  Check the metra site.
