My motorized face plate quit working and now when I push the cd eject button it gives me a ERR 01 and when I push the tilt button it gives me a ERR 21. I was wondering if anyone knew what these codes mean?

ERR 01 usually means a jammed disc. I'm not sure what the ERR 21 is but it is probably something to do with the jammed disc and is affecting the motorized face.

Yeah this is what gets me I never had a chance to put a disk in it to get it stuck.
