Ok I got 15inch cerwin vega, I thinking of replacing this old tired sub for 2 10's, I went to price out another 15 inch sub damn too much money up here in Canada $300 for one, I was looking at getting 2 10's for $200, Well I just wanted to know what you guys think?

You want 2 10's for less than $200? Hmm, try Lighning Audio, MTX, Orion, Polk, Alpine...
