I have a rockford fosgate distro, and it has one o gauge and 1 4 gauge on one side and 4 4 gauge on the other side. What i wan to do is use the 0 gauge and three of the 4 gauge on the other side. It has 4 slots for fuses can i have 3 fuses on the 0 gauge.

Or do you think I should just buy a new one that only has one 0 gauge and 4 4 gauge, but no fuses. If you do, do I need to put a fuse in beetween each power wire and amp?

The 0 gauge will be coming in from the battery.  Since you have 3 amps, 3 of the fused 4 gauge slots should be use.  You should put a fuse of appropriate size between each power wire and amplifier.  See this page:  https://www.bcae1.com/fuses.htm  for a tutorial.
