I'm wondering @ integration of on star system w/ an aftermarket deck (DVD in dash) for a customer's '02 GMC Yukon Denali.

You will require an interface module to allow the Onstar to work with the aftermarket deck. Do a search on the web. I think Pheriperal makes a module for this. It will allow you to hook up a speaker to hear Onstar.
