Build them.  That way you can get anything you want.  Or go to someplace like Parts Express.

i just don't like where they sit right now i want to angle them up so they face the audience

Aren't these 6 X 9's in the rear?  They won't face the audience unless the audience is turned around.  Most people use the cutouts in the rear deck and let the sound reflect off the rear window.  If they use boxes, they will be under the deck (in the trunk).

I'd recommend not putting the 6x9's in boxes in the back.  They generally look horrible, screw up any chance at a decent front stage (most of your sound in the car should sound like it comes from the front), and can be dangerous if not secured.  If you're just looking for lots of volume and don't care about the looks or the sound, go for it.
