I've alrdy installed some system but never came across this one and it is in my own car.

All my wiring is done and now I jsut noticed that my wire connecting my crossovers to the speaker output of the amp have no + or - on them and I was wondering if it can hurt the xovers if I plug the negative in the positive and the positive in the negative. Thank for your advice.

I'm not sure what you mean, but you want the + output of the amplifier connected to the + input on each crossover.  The wire doesn't need to be marked.  What matters is how it is connected.  One wire is probably striped and other one not striped (or one is copper and the other one silver) right?  Just make sure you've connected the same wire to the same terminal at each end.  Better yet, use an ohm meter and check for continuity...
