My 2002 sunfire was broken into and the after market stero was taken.  I need to know the correct wiring to replace the original.  Some of the wires were torn from the connector.  I need the color code and pin placement to get back to original.  I've tried to search the net but here I am.  Can anyone help?

GM hasn't changed their color codes in years.  As far as the pin positions, purchase a aftermarket harness and use it as a guide, the colors will be different, but you will have a visual guide.

WHAT GOOD IS A VISUAL GUIDE IF ALL THE WIRES ARE DIFFERENT COLORS? How will she know which wire goes to which pin? the power and speaker wires may not be a problem but the data wires, SWC wires and VSS wire will probably give her a bit of grief.....

PM me your email address and i'll pdf you the info from the vehicle service manual.....

That car requires the factory relocation to work properly, was it ever done. Also that harness does not contain and ignition wire so you need to soure it from some where else. As far as it goes the other colors are as follows

Drivers Front speaker                     tan +                         grey -

Passanger Front Speaker             Light Green +          Green -

Drivers Rear Speaker                     Brown +                   Yellow -

Passanger Rear speaker              Blue +                      Light Blue -

Black Ground

Orange 12V constant
