Has anyone pulled a deck on a Hummer H2 '04? I seem to be catching something on the bottom. Does the cup holder next to the shifter need to come out? The posts on the bottom of the dash bezel are not coming out the way. It just needs to come out maybe 2mm or so. I can get the center console to come up but its also catching at the front. So I cant take it out. Any ideas?

Ryan

you need to completely remote the center console in the Hummer H2 to remove the radio bezel....just did one the other day....

there are 2 bolts under the shift gate area that you need to remove...remove the shift knob, remove the cupholder bezel around the shift plate and you'll find 2) 10mm bolts down there, remove them and the console will slide back allowing you to remove the radio bezel.....

Yea it was the bezel around the shifter that got me. That F***ing thing did not want to come off. I thought for sure I was going to break it. If have to work on one. Dont bother with the bezel around the shifter its self (GM was nice enuff to make the edge a cheap chromeposted_image) . Take out the main bezel. I SH** you not you will feel like you are going to break it.posted_image I had to pry up one side with my fingers so I could fit my panel popper in. I said a prayer and pulled. Two clips on the front one in the back. bezel.So far I have had three now. Everyone has been kind of pain... Have fun...posted_image
