Hello,

I recently purchased a Kenwood KDC-MPV8025 and noticed after installing that when I power off the vehicle and the face folds up for the "3D Mask" it don't pull in all the way. It's only about 1/4 of a inch off and you can just push it the rest of the way but thats annoying. I was wondering if there is some kind of adjustment? Or should I just return it for another one?

Thanks

kenwoods and face plates suck ass. have you tried resetting it? (unlpug power then plug it back in?) as far as i know there is no adjustment so if resetting doesnt work go get a new one.

there is no user adjustment that i know of, but i've had to realign quite a few of those myself.... you may have to take it in for service or exchange
