lot of things to consider in electrical thing

maybe you need to check first some component if grounded or still ON after you swith OFF everything....

or maybe consumption power of your sutff is almost the specs of your battery, (since your alternator dont have enough time to charge the battrey, you need to run your engine at least an hour a day ), you need to check if alternator working properly.

meaning draining your battery will damage or shorthen the life of it. this is in general.....so maybe you need to change the battery for higher rating or change your alternator.....

just my idea.....

are you sure you havent wired the amp up such that it is staying on all the time?    i would verify all the connections to it to make sure that it is indeed remoting off.....
